The CLINIC requires direct payment in cash, money order or Cashier’s Check. ( Personal checks are not acceptable). Visa or Master Card Accepted.
Instructions To Patients
- Eat or drink 1 to 2 hours prior to your appointment.
- Bring your first morning urine specimen.
- Do not take any routine medications the morning of your procedures without consulting first with our medical staff.
- As a courtesy to our other patients, please do not bring children.
- Expect to be at the office approximately 3 hours.
- Arrange for someone to accompany you home after that time.
- Dress in something comfortable.
- Bring sanitary napkins.
Resume Daily Activity
You’ll receive written recovery instructions to take home for precautions for the next two weeks. You may resume daily activity the following day.
Follow Up Exam is Needed
The examination should be done 2 to 3 weeks after the termination at the clinic.
